The Providence vision is to be known and recognized for offering spiritually-centered, clinically excellent care.The Hospital's programs provided over $23 million in community benefit last year, including over $19 million in charity medical care. Because of this commitment, charitable contributions are necessary to sustain Providence's vital health care mission for the community.

Providence Hospital's patients, family members and guests regularly comment that "there's something special here." That "something" is the caring presence of our doctors, nurses and staff who express the loving spirit of the Daughters of Charity who founded Providence over 150 years ago.

Race for the Cure

For more than 20 years, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has been a global leader in the fight against breast cancer through its support of innovative research and community-based outreach programs. Working through a network of U.S. and international Affiliates and events like the Komen Race for the Cure®, the Komen Foundation is fighting to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research grants and supporting education, screening and treatment projects in communities around the world.

This year, more than 1 million people are expected to participate in a Komen Race for the Cure®. We invite you to join us! You may search by either date or location to find a Race. Use one or more of the criteria below.

Hispanic Scholarship Fund

Celebrating 30 years of scholarship giving, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) is the nation's leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education. HSF was founded in 1975 with a vision to strengthen the country by advancing college education among Hispanic Americans - the largest minority segment of the U.S. population. In support of its mission to double the rate of Hispanics earning college degrees, HSF provides the Latino community more college scholarships and educational outreach support than any other organization in the country.
